I’ve been a Firestone customer before and I really like this location, which is why this experience was disappointing. I came in for a damaged tire covered by my tire protection plan. The protection company specifically required the repair facility to call for authorization before replacing the tire, but Firestone would not make the call. Instead, I was told to pay over $400 out of pocket and deal with the protection company afterward, and I was also offered the option of using a Firestone credit card. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated—just the authorization call required by my coverage. I’ve had good experiences here before, so I hope they improve how they handle third-party tire protection claims.

Jack was incredible. We were at the beginning of a drive home to Maryland and he squeezed us in and repaired a punctured tire. The staff was awesome! Highly recommend.

I went into this location on July 22nd for an oil change and a turn signal repair. To my surprise, they found a nail in my tire and fixed that for me too. I appreciate the scope of detail and the time they gave me as a walk in. I did not have an appointment and that was no problem! That level of urgency and customer service is not typical these days. That team gave me hope that customer care has not been forgotten. Thank you all so much!

Jack is fantastic. I observed him handle a customer who was upset. Really good job de-escalating it. Handled it like a pro. I’ve been there a few times. The vibe is good and everybody that I’ve come across seems honest. I believe it was Nick who was helping me earlier in the week. He had great communication.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but what happened on today was ridiculous. I bring my car here specifically to get my oil changed and tires rotated. My wife scheduled back‑to‑back oil change appointments for both of our cars. We arrived on time, only to be told our appointments were never entered into the system. Instead of honoring the times we booked, we were told to leave one car, pick up the other later, and that they “couldn’t get two oil changes done between noon and 3 PM.” My car was pulled in at 12:10 PM and somehow wasn’t finished until 2 PM for a basic oil change. I paid $22 for a vehicle inspection, and the moment I left the shop, the problems started: • All four tires were set to 30 PSI, even though the TPMS and the door jamb clearly show 32 PSI as the required pressure. • I was told my engine air filter was “bad” and needed replacement. I replaced it one week ago. I checked it again at home — it’s bright white. • They broke two of my hubcaps. • I have two license plate bulbs out and one tail light out, yet none of that was listed on the inspection. • They suggested replacing my rear struts, which are stiff and don’t sag — but didn’t recommend replacing the fr
